Refund and Returns Policy

At XESTORESS CO, we are committed to providing a clear and fair refund and return process in line with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

1-General Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Perishable items
Products damaged due to misuse

3- Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.

4- Refund Process

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

5- Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged for products of equal value, subject to availability and approval within the return window.
